Our Pet Taxi pricing goes by a Distance Pricing scheme with no demand surcharge. The pricing table is as follows:
Transportation Base: $12
First 15km: $1.20/km
Next 10km: $1.05/km
Thereafter km: $0.95/km
*Distance of route will follow Google Maps shortest route from customer pickup point to dropoff point.

Yes! Our Pet Taxi provides extra complimentary services as follows:
Pet Cover for dogs
Dog bed and pillow - If required by customer
Pee Pads
Tissues, napkins, wet-wipes and other “cleaning and sanitary” products
Free complimentary treats
*All rides will be sanitized after a pet taxi booking to ensure a safe and clean ride for all other pet families booking our pet taxi service next.

PostmanPet would be operating from 9am to 9pm, Monday to Sunday. However, we do accept bookings outside operating hours but do note that extra fees will be included.

We will calculate the distance pricing of the ride for you based on Google Maps shortest route.
Once both parties have agreed on the distance pricing, the ride has been successfully booked.

Upon booking confirmation, we will inform you via the channel you have booked us on the details of your driver - Driver Contact, Model/Make of Vehicle and License Plate Number. You can contact the driver via phone once the information have been released by us to you.
On top of that, 30 minutes prior to your pickup time once booked, our driver will contact you via Whatsapp or SMS to let you know again and double confirm the Model/Make of the car and the license plate of the vehicle.

Cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance of your booking time slot will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 12 hours will not receive a refund

First come first serve basis. Therefore, once your schedule is confirmed, you should proceed to make a booking with us. Transport can be booked on the day subject to availability.

There will not be any additional charges involved. However, the cancellation policy still applies.

It is not mandatory for your pet to be caged.

Please try to ensure that your pets have already defecated and urinated prior to the Pet Taxi Booking so as to best prevent “unpleasant” factors to the ride.
However, please also note that we provide cleaning and sanitation products for your pets should any of the aforementioned happen during our ride!

The purpose of the introduction walk is to
1. Set up opportunity for you and your pet(s) to meet your pet walker. It is important that a bond is established between you and your pet walker as well as between the walker and the pet(s) he will be caring for.
2. For you to explain pet(s) routines or habits that might arise while walking
3. For you to clarify any doubts that may not have been covered or unclear and to make sure both parties are the right fit.

We do take last minute bookings if we have walkers available. However, please do factor in time for our walkers to travel to your location.
We do NOT accept any last-minute service for our new clients as we still require an introductory walk.

While we try to assign the same walker for every of your walks, there may be times when our walker is too busy for your scheduled timing. Rest assured that we work in teams and communicate often with each other, so all information is passed onto each walker that is walking your pets. We will also update your information in our system as well regularly as well.
If you prefer a particular walker to walk your pet, please book as early as possible and state his name on the booking form.

YES! For the safety of your dog and the surrounding, all our walks are to be performed with leashes on, even if your dog if off-leashed trained.

During a rain, we will walk your dog to the nearest shelter to wait for the rain to pass. We will not charge extra if the walk is taking longer than usual due to bad weathers.
During extreme temperatures, we will keep our walks brief and have multiple breaks in between to ensure that your dogs are not being over exposed and suffer from heat injuries.

While we do not actively look for other dogs to socialise with during the walk, if your dog approaches other dogs to play/socialise with, we do not stop them as we understand the importance of being sociable.

Unfortunately, not! Please provide your own equipment and supplies that will be used during the pet walk.
Payment Related FAQs

Payment can be made via a Bank Transfer or a UEN PayNow. Once ride has been confirmed, we will send you our UEN PayNow Number.

We will inform you once we have received your payment and proceed to lock in the ride in our booking calendar.
